1. Why aren't your phone numbers listed in the Contact Page? How can I call you?

Because this is a free service, we do not currently offer any phone support. Please contact us through Email or through the Chat Link on our homepage.

2. Why ArisHost? Who is Aris? Is that the name of the owner?

ArisHost is just a name. It is not named after anyone or anything.

3. Are you a registrar or a Web Hosting provider?

We are a domain registration service that offers free Web Hosting services.

4. Do you post advertisements on our site?

No. We never have, and we never will.

5. How much is the activation fee?

There is no activation fee. The only charges you will see are the $30 domain name registration or transfer charge that is incurred when you first sign up, and then the $30/year domain name charge every year thereafter.

7. In case of a total breakdown of your servers, will you be able to provide restoration of all of my data? How?

Yes. First, we make use of a RAID disk storage device so that even in the case of multiple disk failures, data is still not lost. However, in the case of a catastrophic loss that takes out all data, we also keep tape backups as a preventative measure. PLEASE NOTE, however, that it is always good practice to keep backups of your own data.

8. What are the future plans for ArisHost? Does your company have a long-term plan?

At ArisHost, we aim for the top. Our plans are to be the biggest and the best Enhanced Domain Name Registration Service Providers / Web Hosting Companies in the world.

9. Does ArisHost support MySQL? Are there any additional costs?

Yes we support MySQL for an additional $30/year. If you are interested in adding this service, please contact us at sales@arishost.com.

10. Does ArisHost support flash? Are there any additional costs?

Yes, flash is supported, and there are no additional costs.

*$30/yr price is for .com, .net, .org, .info, and .biz extensions.
The .ca extensions are $48/yr and .cc and .us extensions are $45/yr.
